The Iranian Hospital Dubai Successfully held a conference on International Central Sterile Service Week, October 7, 2017. It was attended by Iranian Hospital’s nurses.

President Rouhani appointed Dr Ali Asghar Peyvandi as the President of Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran for a four-year period.

President Rouhani's letter of appointment reads:

Iranian Hospital-Dubai celebrated National “Physician's Day” , the birth of The Avicenna (Ibn Sina), On 24th of Aug. 2017.

On August 8th 2017, a delegation from IFRC Asia Pacific Zone including Mr. Xavier Castellanos, Regional Director for IFRC Asia Pacific Zone, accompanied with Mr. Martin Faller, Deputy Regional Director for Asia Pacific Zone, met Prof. Seyed Amir Mohsen Ziaee, President of Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS).

The Iranian Hospital hosted a blood donation campaign, located at their own premises, on 1st of August 2017. It is great pleasure that we announce that between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM the campaign successfully collected 43 blood donations.

Diabetes type 2 is a challenge of humanity, a good NEWS for those who are suffering with diabetes type 2. Now surgical treatment for diabetes type 2, for patients with BMI > 30 is available. There are different types of metabolic surgeries for different types of patients. It depends on patient weight (BMI) and time period of diabetes.

On July 18th 2017, a delegation from the Ecuadorian Red Cross Society headed by Ms. Victoria Albán de Torres, President of the Ecuadorian Red Cross Society met with Prof. Seyed Amir Mohsen Ziaee, President of the Iranian Red Crescent Society in Tehran to see and explore possibilities of further cooperation between two Societies in common interested areas of engagement.

The DTCM East Africa Road show was held in the presence of recreational & tourist companies and Dubai Medical Truism in Tanzania, Kenya and Ethiopia from 3-7 July 2017.

Iranian Hospital along with 3 other hospital of Dubai attended the conference and described its outlined activities in order to attract medical tourism.

Prof. Seyed Amir Mohsen Ziaee, President of the Iranian Red Crescent met and held talks with his counterpart, Mr. Yaya Mahavat Liguita, President of Red Cross of Chad, at the Iranian Red Crescent Tehran based Headquarters on Monday 10 July 2017.
