As part of the ongoing accreditation and standardization survey, a comprehensive Leadership Discussion Group meeting was convened at Iranian Hospital Dubai with the participation of the Executive Directors, Accreditation Coordinator, and hospital managers, alongside the Canadian accreditation inspectors. The session served as a key platform for reviewing the hospital’s strategic direction, operational priorities, and commitment to excellence in patient care. During this high-level meeting, the surveyors engaged the leadership team in an in-depth discussion covering a wide spectrum of organizational functions, including:

•    Emergency Preparedness and Response Capacity

The session provided an opportunity for leadership to demonstrate the hospital’s structured approach to governance, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. Surveyors also explored how the hospital integrates patient and family engagement into service design, ensures ethical clinical decision-making, and maintains readiness for emergencies.
