Comprehensive Accreditation Inspection Conducted by ACI Surveyors at Iranian Hospital Dubai
As part of the ongoing accreditation and standardization process, Accreditation Canada International (ACI) surveyors carried out an extensive multi-day inspection across Iranian Hospital Dubai. Throughout the assessment, surveyors conducted structured interviews, reviewed documentation, observed workflows, and engaged directly with staff across all levels. Focus Group Sessions
As part of the accreditation methodology, three structured focus groups were held to gain deeper insight into organizational culture, communication, teamwork, and patient-centred practices, including: Staff Focus Group, People-Centred Care (PCC) Focus Group with Clients, Families, and Advisors, and Community Partners Focus Group.
The comprehensive inspection provided the ACI surveyors with a holistic understanding of the hospital’s structure, operations, and commitment to continuous improvement.
