Second Strategic Meeting on Healthcare Economics Held at the Hospital

On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the second strategic meeting on “Healthcare Economics” was held at the hospital, led by Dr. Taher Doroudi, the Chairman, with the participation of senior executive members. Attendees included Dr. Nezam, Deputy Director of Finance and Administration; Dr. Farkhondehmehr, Medical Director; Mr. Molaeinejad, Head of Admissions and Medical Records; and Dr. Samimi, Director of Insurance and Medical Contracts. Following on the previous session, the meeting focused on reviewing the progress of financial reform initiatives, resource optimization, and improving insurance collaborations. Dr. Doroudi emphasized the importance of continuing economic reforms and developing smart financial systems. The session concluded with decisions to establish an operational roadmap and monitor the implementation of key actions.
